Much more fun than going to Shows is helping Santa meet the children. Suzy rides with Santa while the rest of the pack does the pulling! We did 6 Santa runs in late 2001, and Suzy enjoyed her role. |
From her first four shows she won 3 Baby Puppy in Group
On 30 September 2001 Suzy was Baby Puppy in Show at the Canberra Non Sporting, Utility & Working Dog Club Show

At her last show as a Baby Puppy, Suzy was Baby in Show at the Asian Breeds Club of Canberra Show on 1 December. She also won the 3 - 6 months Sweepstakes there. |
Suzy is quite a character. She has worked her way into our home and hearts since the evening we brought her home.

As a canine "grief counsellor" Suzy went to live with Zeik after his Husky friend died suddenly and unexpectedly. |

On 12 September 2004, Suzy succumbed to tick poisoning - a break in a car journey between Canberra and Newcastle was long enough for
a tick to grab hold of her and slowly start killing her. Suzy touched so many lives in so many different ways - a gentle ambassador - always loved
and now badly missed.
